About
This journal is intended to be used by patients between CBT therapy sessions but can also be a nice compliment to any cognitive therapy. The objective is to build journaling habits while strengthening positive coping skills and positive cognitions.
Inside you will find prompts to review positive coping skills and challenge cognitive distortions. There are prompts to write out support the positive cognitions as well. The last half of the workbook is a free style journal with positive affirmations on every page.
